Clinical Supervisor I
Daniela is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst who earned her Master’s degree from Arizona State University in 2020. She grew up in El Paso, Texas, in a Mexican family and is fully bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Daniela has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over six years. She began her career as an RBT, a role she held for five years before becoming a BCBA. She has been practicing as a BCBA for the past year and a half. Her clinical experience has focused primarily on working with children with autism, with a specialty in early intervention.
As a Clinical Supervisor, Daniela oversees client programming and treatment implementation, supervises and provides ongoing support to clinical team members, reviews client progress and treatment data, develops and modifies individualized treatment goals, and collaborates closely with families through parent training and ongoing communication. She is passionate about supporting the development of communication, social, adaptive, and functional skills while creating individualized treatment approaches that meet each child and family’s needs.
Daniela resides in San Antonio with her husband and their corgi, Shofi. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family, and watching new movies.
