Natalie Carissa Rodriguez

Natalie began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2023 as a Registered Behavior Technician with Promise Center and has since advanced into her current role as a Supervising Behavior Therapist. In this role, she assists with initial client assessments and helping update and develop client programming under the supervision of a BCBA.

Natalie is currently pursuing her Master of Education in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Texas Tech University. She previously earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Originally from Weslaco, Texas, Natalie moved to San Antonio in 2018 and has proudly called the city home ever since. She is passionate about continuing to grow as a behavior-analytic professional and expanding her clinical skills while working toward becoming a BCBA.
