Neha Lopez

Neha is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, earning her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry and Biology from the University of North Texas in 2020, and went on to receive a Master's Degree of Arts in Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2024. She works as a play‑based BCBA and enjoys making learning feel natural and fun for her clients.

 

She uses simple, child‑led activities to teach communication, social skills, and independence. Her approach is calm, patient, and focused on practical progress. Neha has 5 years of experience in working with children diagnosed with Autism and is so excited to be a part of the Promise team! 

 

When she’s not working, she likes spending time in her garden. Baking is another hobby she enjoys, especially when she can share what she makes. Her dogs are usually close by, whether she’s outside or in the kitchen. She appreciates routines that help her stay grounded and brings this steady, thoughtful energy into her sessions with children and families.
