Victoria Galvan

Vicky earned her bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Women’s Studies from Texas A&M University San Antonio. She joined PCA as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2016, bringing with her a background in preschool education and a passion for working with children. Vicky quickly became involved in PCA’s administrative operations and, through her work alongside the PCA team and founder Ana Ortega, discovered a passion for business administration and organizational growth.

As Chief Integrations Officer, Vicky connects the people, programs, and systems that support Promise’s daily operations and continued development. She oversees the employee experience, internal processes, cross-departmental communication, and the integration of administrative services, ensuring the team has the structure and resources needed to serve families effectively. Her connection to Promise’s mission is also deeply personal, as she is an autism mom to her son, PJ.

Vicky lives in San Antonio with her husband, Robert; her sons, Eli and PJ; and their four cats. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at home with her family, reading, journaling, and walking.
